Kangen water 11.5 pH This type of water is used to soak fruits and vegetables. wash fish and meet to get rid of bad odour. Generally in growing fruits and vegetables people are using too much oil based fertilizer and insectisides so that when there is heavy rain fall this insectiside sticks to the leaves or outer surface of fruits and does not get washed out in rain. but when we wash the same fruits and vegetables with normal water for a minute or two it does not get washed out completely. when we cook same food there is chance that this fertilizer or insectiside contamination may enter our human body. kangen water 11.5 pH :- The name tells 11.5 but it s pH can hang around 11 or slightly less. Actually these machines are not capable of making this much high pH by their own plate strength and transformer inside. They use a artificial chemical electrolysis enhancer called sodium hypo chloride to intensify or boost the alkalinity. This is a bleach like substance but injurious to health. ( Not our personal opinion but written as warning the bottle and also on the user manual they send you along the machine.)
when ever some body draws this so called 11.5 pH or 2.5 pH water on the machine. after that user wants to go for drinking water. The machine does not give drinking water directly. The machine goes for 15 seconds cleaning of plates or electrodes and then gives drinking water. But there is always more chances that the residues of this chemical stick to the plates firm and do not get washed out completely in the 15 seconds cleaning. There have been many instances that this chemical has been found on dismantled plates of kangen water machine in their service centers.
We do not want you scare you or threat you yeah as a cautionary warning it is officially dangerous but not that much as it is used in very less quantity of sucking in and people have been drinking kangen water safely for 40 years.
About oil emulsification :- This is a trick shown by many kangen water dealers want to fool innocent people. Oil emulsification can be done by a ozonizer that is sold on indiamart for less than 5000 rs in india. No body wants to buy a water ionizer only about oil emulsification. The trick is oil emulsification does not occur similarly and same extent on all oils. That effect will be more clear only on a specific black seed thilly oil ( only organic not brand ones available on stores) so kangen water dealers gather this special type of oil put in stock with them always and show in demo. Oil emulsification works on other oils too but the effect is more clear and fast on organic black seed thilly oil only. Again this is more clear because of the chemical enhancer or dangerous bleach like powder sucked into the kangen water machine.

Purpose of this test:- Ok our intention is to wash fruits and vegetable soak them 11 ph water though we dont use chemical enhancer we do not use salt also can wash out emulsify the oil layer on fruits and vegtables if we soak with turbo water for 30 minutes. if we wash with our naked hand after 30 minutes we can feel the layer getting out and get dissolved in water. Nothing to do with visiual tricks undoubtedly purpose is survived in a more realistic and safe to use method.
